New Smith DNA Matched Grouping- SC/NC – Group R-M269-127

The two kits that match are from Robert Smith b c 1800 SC m Leversey and Stephen Smith b c 1746 m Joanna Council. Also, although this kit is not grouped yet as there are only 12 markers, there is a 12/12 match with James Smith of Ireland m Rebecca Stephens.

Smith YDNA matched groups are formed when there is at least 2 YDNA kits, more than 12 markers, that match on a related scale. This is the 126th group for the haplogroup R-M269. We believe the earliest ancestor for one group may be Bazzell Smith of NC, the other member has Hillary Larkin Smith b c 1825 KY.

Don’t have the line for the match, have asked, will ask again. This particular Joseph went from PA to Los Angeles, CA by 1930, wife was from Canada. YDNA tester.  If you have info on this line, please let us know!
