Timeline

This is an attempt to create somewhat of a timeline on the name Jacob Smith between the years 1740 and 1830 in the Counties of Montgomery, Floyd, Botetourt, Giles, Franklin, Wythe, Fincastle Counties. Using only dates that can be proven by County Documents. (some records have been obtained from the St. Peters Lutheran Church)

This timeline does not consist only of Jacob Smith and Mary Shockeys related family it consists of all anything to do with the name Jacob Smith in there surrounding territory of Montgomery County Virginia

Hopefully this will help us determine the father of Jacob Smith Jr. born. 1770
