Autosomal test
This line went from Adair Co KY to Texas.

Would like to find a male Smith descendant of this line to consider doing a YdNA test (ie, you are a male, and a Smith with a direct line to John D Smith m Elizabeth Duncan, Harris Co TX

Thank You ! There are many autosomal tests on this branch in Ancestry DNA and from Christian Schnidt/ Smith born 1744. There are a few or more in Family Tree DNA, 23andme and some on My Heritage. I am needing good X DNA lines ffrom the sons of Christian Schmidt/ Smith born 1744 died 1800, the father of Christian born 1774 this will aid in finding the Maternal line for Christian born 1774 and his siblings.
