On most records, her name was MARY (Fairbank) Metcalfe Smith, except for the birth of her son, John Smith, and possibly her marriage record to Christopher Smith. Here are a list of sources I have for her. The most important is the last one, her will. Would you send me a digital copy of the source for her birth/baptism? I can't find it in original records online, and there are discrepancies in the dates among the different sources.
