  Angeline’s certified copy of Record of Death is in D.B.’s pension file. It says she was 52 when she died of spinal meningitis. It lists the names of her parents as William and Sarah Cretsley from New York but elsewhere in the file D. B. lists her name as Angeline T. Meyers. The marriage certificate of her son, C.W. spells her name, Augustine Kerotsley! (Looks like phonetic spelling of Cretsley/Crotsley. Augustine is incorrect.) Certified copy of death from state of Michigan, has her middle initial wrong, listed as F, and spelled her parents last name as Cutsley. It lists their current residence as New York. Death notice from Jackson Daily Citizen gives her age at death as 54 years (rather than 52 yrs) 4 months and 6 days. 1865 census says she had 3 children., , , ,
