    State of South Carolina } This Indenture made Twenty Ninth Day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred Between Abner Smith of the County of Fairfield in the said state planter of the one part and William Armstrong of the County and state afforsaid Blacksmith of the other part Witnesseth that he the Abner Smith for and in Consideration or the sum of fifty pounds pounds sterling money hath granted bargained sold aliened released and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant Bargain sell alien_s lease and Confirm unto the said William Armstrong in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Baragain and sale to him for one whole year by an Indenture of Lease bearing the date the day next before the date of these presents and by virtue of e statue for Transferring ______ _______-to possession to his heirs forever one hundred acres of land part of a Tract of one Hundred and thirty five of land situate on a branch of Dutchmens Creek in Camden District and granted to the said Abner Smith , the 11th day of February, 1792 and hath Just Shape form and marks as by the plot __________ to the said Grant Reference being there unto had wile more freely appear by the Plat ____________ to the Said Grant Together with all and Singular the Rightt Members and appartin_______ whatsoever to the said Plantation of Tract of land belonging or in any way appertaining and the ____________ Bargain remaider and remainders rent ________ and profit thereof and also the Estate of Right-Eitte In truth possession Profit Cabin and demand whatsoever other in Law and or Equity of the Said Abner Smith of in or to the said plantation or tract of Land To Have and to hold the said plantation or Tract of Land hereby granted and Released or meant or intended to be hereby granted and released with the apper___________ unto the said William Armstrong his heirs and assignees forever and the said Abner Smith and his heirs the said plantation on Tract of land with the appur____________unto the Said William Armstrong his hers and assignes of right him the said Abner Smith and heirs and every other person or persons claiming or to claim by from or unto him or them shale and wile warrant and forever and forever defend by these presents .
